We will be not responsible for any fraudulent happening with you in payments if as a freelancer you provide service to any clients. If you do direct contracts with any freelancers/clients then we have no responsibilities on your conduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BiddMatrix and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform or any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Information Technology Act 2000, GOI (Govt. of India) without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of BiddMatrix after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
